Today, I as I speak to you, I am at the Pilates Studio Mumbai. Thanks to my instructors Samir Purohit and Ketan.

Eating the right kind of food, at the right time, and the right quantity plays an important role in taking good care of our health. Physical fitness too plays a very important role in taking care of our health. Apart from physical fitness, we need to be mentally fit also. Staying mentally, physically and emotionally fit is the key to good health.

So what are you doing today to take care of your health?

Action for today:

1>Write down 3 positive statements about you. Don’t forget to thank yourself for all the good work that you have been doing.

2>Write down your health goals. What are the action items that you will take to achieve these goals.

 

ACTION is the KEY… :)
